With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, Cleef Metellus is an IFBB Pro (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness Professional League) and certified personal trainer, specializing in glute development and total body transformation.

His journey began as a multi-sport athlete, excelling in football, track, and basketball. That competitive edge transitioned him into powerlifting, where he developed a strong foundation in strength and performance, before ultimately making his mark in bodybuilding.

Martin Dusel

Marty has over 30 years of experience, personal training and managing health clubs. Coming from a sports background and avid cyclist he specializes in sports specific and functional training. Focusing on balance, mobility, posture and core strength, he has worked with everyone from young athletes to our senior population. 

Marty was certified by AFAA in 1994 and hold multiple certifications Including, AFAA weight room training, body conditioning, ECITS, ACSM, and spin, and taught personal training and certified many other trainers. He also has experience working with people coming off of rehab or injuries, and special populations.

Michael Lewis

The Trainers Trainer. Michael started training as a MarineFitnessInstructor. Michael has been training students to become trainers for over 35 years and has had over 40 certifications in his career, from the first NDEITA certification back in 1979 to 3 ACSM certifications along with ACE, AFFA, NASM, Check Kenneth Cooper, and many others. 


Michael specializes in being a professional trainer and giving the client what they need as well as what they want and not just being a cookie cutter trainer. He has extensive knowledge in bio mechanics and rehab and can work with just about any client in any condition. Hi my name is Justin , I have over 3 years experience in personal training. I specialize on strength, endurance, mobility training. I will help you get comfortable in the gym and make sure you are doing the work outs properly to reduce the risk of any injury, help with organizing work outs and grouping body parts together that way you won’t over work the muscle to get proper rest in order for muscle growth. Whatever your personal goals are I’m here to help you reach them in a realistic time frame.
